The city's chief housing officer, Jessica Katz, joined Errol Louis on "Inside City Hall" Tuesday to discuss Mayor Eric Adams’ recently released housing plan.  Called “Housing Our Neighbors,” the plan outlines how his administration hopes to transform public housing, address homelessness and create more affordable housing --- which comes as the five boroughs continue to see a rise in rent. Katz discussed how the administration's plan to enact their policies and Adams' unwillingess to share exact figures when outlining his goals.

Katz also discussed the newly passed NYCHA Preservation Trust.
