We’ve tallied your votes, and the results are in for the Elite Eight round of our 2023 March Madness ramen battle, featuring some of the best restaurants in metro Denver.

Dragonfly Noodle, with locations in Boulder and Denver, edged out Westminster’s Sakana Sushi & Ramen, while Neko Ramen & Rice, which opened in 2023, surged past Golden’s Nosu Ramen.

Osaka Ramen, meanwhile, continued its winning ways as restaurateur Jeff Osaka’s place was victorious over national chain Jinya Ramen Bar. And the Stanley Marketplace’s Chi Lin Asian Eatery moves forward after a battle with Denver Uptown’s Ace Eat Serve.

Take a look at the next round of matches, and vote online (at denverpost.com/2024/02/14/best-ramen-denver-bracket) for the Final Four by 9 a.m. on Monday, March 18.
