ANGELS IN AMERICA, PART TWO: PERESTROIKA: Under the direction of Jeremy Seghers, the first part of “Angels in America” at Valencia College last spring was not only a breath of fresh air but a bracing wind blowing across our current political landscape by looking to the past. The conclusion of Tony Kushner’s epic examination of power and morality during the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s promises to be just as riveting. It opens Feb. 17.
