The Revenge of the Mummy roller coaster at Universal Studios is now in “technical rehearsal” after being closed in January for scheduled maintenance. People have been spotted riding Disney’s Tron at Magic Kingdom and speculation is high that an opening date may be announced at the D23 Expo next week. Construction has begun on SeaWorld Orlando’s seventh roller coaster. Not much is known about the ride but the park is marketing itself as Orlando’s Coaster Capital. Orlando Sentinel tourism reporter Dewayne Bevil discusses the ups and downs of these coasters on this episode of Theme Park Rangers.
