Voices from the Holocaust is hosting a series of speakers, films and other educational programs through April 21 as part of the Holocaust Memorial Observance.

The event — which has been put on yearly for nearly 40 years — kicks off at 6 p.m. today with an interfaith memorial service at Beth Israel Congregation, 1625 Reservoir Road in Greeley, according to a release from Voices from the Holocaust.

Events planned for the rest of the week as follows.

Monday

• 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Holocaust Images and Poster Display, Unitarian Universalist Church, 925 15th St., Greeley.

• 2 p.m., Holocaust survivor Barbara Steinmetz presents to students at Eaton High School, 1661 Collins St., Eaton.

• 3:30 p.m., Steinmetz reception at Eaton Public Library, 123 Maple Ave., Eaton.

Tuesday

11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Holocaust Images and Poster Display, Unitarian Universalist Church.

7 p.m.., Steinmetz presents at Aims Community College, 4901 W. 20th St., Greeley.

Wednesday

12:15 p.m., “The 18 Ingredients of Fascism: How to Identify Fascism in the Past and Present,” by Dr. Michael Booker at Aims Community College.

6 p.m., “The Zone of Interest” (2023 film) screening at The Kress Cinema and Lounge, 817 8th Ave., Greeley.

Thursday

Voices from the Holocaust hosts Holocaust Memorial observances to provide memorial and educational experiences for the residents of northern Colorado concerning the atrocities perpetrated by the Nazis and their collaborators, according to its website.
