Volleyball: Paynesville nets non-conference win

Bulldogs go on the road and beat Redwood Valley in four sets

REDWOOD FALLS — The Paynesville volleyball team improved its record to 8-4 with the non-conference victory over Redwood Valley on Monday.

The Bulldogs won in four sets, 25-16, 25-11, 14-25, 25-17.

Kyleigh Tangen had 18 kills and seven digs for the Bulldogs. Emma Flanders contributed 15 kills and 12 digs and Rayna Spanier had 35 set assists and six digs. Kaydence Roeske chipped in with three service aces and seven kills.

Paynesville next plays at 7 p.m. Thursday at Maple Lake in a Central Minnesota Conference match.
