Former West Fargo Howard Johnson’s reopening under new name as ‘Studio 7 on Main’

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — What is old is new in West Fargo, as a new company has taken over the former Howard Johnson and is bringing a new hotel on Main Avenue.

Studio 7 on Main is set for a grand opening on Friday, as they bring in a weekly rates approach with new renovations inside the building.

The Howard Johnson was closed for a few years and this new company is looking to add new options for those looking for a place to sleep at night while visiting the Fargo-Moorhead area.

“I feel like it shows that Fargo is booming, Fargo is growing, that Fargo is a great place to live and people are not giving up on Fargo. That shows that people are taking on Fargo with businesses.” said Jay Green, one of the first customers at Studio 7.

The grand opening is at 9 a.m. 525 Main Avenue in West Fargo on Friday.
