Most fans still haven’t had a chance to listen to Taylor Swift‘s new song “You’re Losing Me” yet, but everyone is already analyzing the lyrics.

The song was released as an exclusive track on the physical copy of the Midnights (Til Dawn Edition) deluxe album, which is only being sold at Taylor‘s New Jersey concerts this weekend.

Taylor sings about her relationship coming to an end and fans think she’s referring to her breakup with Joe Alwyn in the song.

In “You’re Losing Me,” she sings about trying to decide if it’s time for the relationship to be over.

“We thought a cure would come through in time, now, I fear it won’t,” Taylor sings in the first verse. She adds, “Now, I just sit in the dark and wonder if it’s time.”

In the chorus of the song, Taylor sings, “I can’t find a pulse / My heart won’t start anymore for you / ‘Cause you’re losing me.”

Later on in the bridge, Taylor makes the devastating confession: “I wouldn’t marry me either / A pathological people pleaser / Who only wanted you to see her.”

It had been rumored that Taylor and Joe had been thinking about marriage, with some even suggesting that they secretly tied the knot, though those rumors were never confirmed.

Taylor and Joe‘s split was confirmed in early April and she has since been linked to singer Matty Healy, who has been at many of her shows over the past month. They were even spotted kissing this week.
