Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, May 29, reveals that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) found Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) waiting for his date at the bar and started grilling him about all the latest DiMera family drama – especially the return of Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson).
Johnny didn’t know anything about that and was annoyed by Leo’s reaction to Wendy Shin’s (Victoria Grace) arrival.
Leo assumed Johnny’s date would be Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and pushed Johnny’s buttons over his drugged-up engagement to her.
After Leo brought up Wendy’s love triangle with Johnny and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), Johnny got rid of him and kept up his efforts to win Wendy over.
That led to Johnny mentioning the movie he’d like to make about Wendy’s life – though she’d have to buy a ticket to find out which man she ended up with.
Wendy shared a kiss with Johnny once he took her home, so they had a nice night despite Leo’s unpleasant interruption.
Next on Monday’s Days episode, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) lied to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) about a virus outbreak on the 10th floor.
Although they claimed it was contained, Sloan and Nicole acted like everyone going up there needed to be tested.
Nicole fibbed that she was just sharing a test from her box with Sloan since the hospital was running low on them.
Sloan offered to skip seeing Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman) and let Eric use the test to visit Abe Carver (James Reynolds), so Nicole piped up in agreement and said she could run it to the lab for him.
It briefly looked like Sloan and Nicole’s deception might score them an easy cheek swab, but Eric turned them down since he felt Sloan should be with her brother instead.
Afterward, Sloan met up with Eric at her apartment and thanked him for standing by her when she looked like a stalker.
Once Sloan declared her love for Eric, he said he loved her too and took her to bed.
At the DiMera mansion on Monday’s DOOL show, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) claimed Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) was drunk and tried to stop him from blabbing to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) about Nicole’s pregnancy.
However, Tony just wanted to make a speech in support of EJ’s CEO status.
EJ also offered Megan his master suite to butter her up, but Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) mentioned EJ’s tendency to backstab his siblings.
Megan decided to take one of the other rooms and avoid choosing sides just yet, so Kristen led her off for the grand tour on Monday’s Days episode.
When Nicole came home, she found Anna talking loudly to Tony about her pregnancy secret and shut her down.
Megan appeared soon after with Kristen, who introduced Nicole as EJ’s on-again, off-again girlfriend.
Nicole got updates on both Kristen and Megan getting out of prison, so she was shocked over the news.
Later, Kristen and Megan did some scheming on the sofa, where they decided the boys already had their turn at the DiMera throne.
Now it was time for the girls to have their shot, so Megan and Kristen seemed pleased at the idea of taking over themselves.
Back with Nicole on Monday’s Days episode, she assured Tony that she’d come clean just as soon as the paternity test was done.
Nicole just didn’t know how to swab EJ’s cheek without him knowing since he was such a light sleeper.
Anna handed over a sleeping pill that would help, but EJ ended up having to take a last-minute business trip to Chicago and skipped the pill Nicole offered.
Fortunately, Sloan’s mission was more successful since she swabbed Eric’s cheek while he was asleep and called Nicole to tell her she indeed had the sample.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole will make sure the paternity test moves forward, but will the results be tampered with?
