The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers claim Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have exactly one suspect in mind after the cat Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) brought home from college ends up dead.
Once Faith discovers Borgnine has been poisoned, Nick will assume Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) is responsible and will ultimately show up at his GCAC suite for a confrontation.
Of course, Cameron will play it cool and act like he has no idea what Nick’s talking about.
Perhaps Cameron will suggest it’s a shame about the cat and hint that Faith should’ve been more careful about watching him.
Cameron will also get Nick riled up by declaring that he still loves Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and has returned for her.
After Cameron insists that’s the reason for his visit to Genoa City, Nick will fly off the handle.
This guy will really get under Nick’s skin, so he’ll eventually make a fist and find himself tempted to punch Cameron’s lights out.
However, Nick will punch the wall instead and walk away before this escalates.
Unfortunately, Y&R spoilers say Cameron will use this whole situation as part of a sneaky plan.
When Cameron later shows up looking all battered and bruised, he’ll claim Nick is to blame.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will give Nick updates on Cameron’s accusations, but Nick will defend himself and swear he never touched Cameron at all.
It’ll become clear to Nick that he fell right into Cameron’s trap – and there won’t be anything he can do about it in that moment.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance will have no choice but to place Nick under arrest.
Nick will be hauled off in handcuffs and will face bogus battery charges thanks to Cameron’s disturbing plot.
Alas, that could leave Sharon down a protector – at least until Nick can get out on bail.
Cameron might hope to take Nick out of the picture for a while and keep Chance busy dealing with all the police drama.
That could make Sharon and her other loved ones even more vulnerable, which can only lead to bad news with a man like Cameron around.
