Detroit turns off water as teacher sick-out closes schools

Detroit residents face a growing crisis over basic services nearly three years after the city's record-setting bankruptcy. Detroit is expected to turn off water service to thousands of households Tuesday, and for a second straight day, nearly all public schools could be shut by teachers calling in sick in a wage dispute.
