Horizon Zero Dawn is a modern classic, and there's been a lot of speculation about a sequel. Here's are 10 things that would make for an excellent Horizon Zero Dawn 2.
We now know that the Horizon games are intended to be a trilogy, and thus much will be left unexplained to give us a reason to buy a PS6, but the trailer for Horizon: Forbidden West already begins that good work by answering a lot of questions – and raising new ones.
Why are people still calling it Horizon Zero Dawn 2 when the sequel already has its own subtitle?
Norberto Fleites: With the invetiable sequel to Sony's one of the most popular exclusives Horizon: Zero Dawn we discuss what we want from the next entry.
1. Better and more varied melee combat
2. Flying mounts
3. A more dynamic open world and maybe underwater areas
4. More set pieces. I liked The Proving
I have a feeling Horizon 2 will up for GOTY like the 1st game
Player 2 looks at the games they expect to be announced (and possibly released) in 2020.
I keep hoping we will see a Crimson Skies announcement, even just a HD remake, but it is unlikely.
I do think that we might see a new Red Faction this year also a HD redo of Kingdoms of Amalur
One of the best game this Gen.
More varied robotic animals, including sea life. I don't remember if Aloy could swin, but if she can't then add. Better melee combat and upgradable weapons.
1. The ability to ride a Thundermaw and a stormbird
2. the ability to knock down trees to damage the robots.
3. The ability to cause a rockslide/mudslide/avalanche to take out multiple enemies.
4. The ability to reprogram captured robots to attack fortresses and human enemies.
5. The ability to reprogram flying robots as drones to scout out enemy bases so you can have a strategy on where the weak points are.
6. If they have time, the ability to combine robots. I would like to combine a Thundermaw with a stormbird.
#1 thing for me : For it to be announced already!
a choice to play coop would be nice. and a MP feature. I know the rest is going to be astonishing.
