Terminator: Resistance, is a first-person shooter set during the 'Future War' scenario that was only glimpsed at in the iconic films, 'THE TERMINATOR' and 'T2: JUDGMENT DAY'.
Terminator vs RoboCop is a battle for the ages - but which of the two unstoppable forces' most recent games brings their icon to life best?
I've been enjoying both. It would be awesome if Teyon did a R vs T game. The one on Genesis was great. Time for a long overdue reboot.
This studio cares about the projects they work on. Hopefully they can do a sequel to terminator with a bigger budget. I feel like terminator went under the radar but with Robocop they are getting their credit and word to mouth advertising for this game is strong
I have enjoyed both games played both pretty leisurely but overall the games are solid. I need to finish terminator and I’m close to the end of robocop. I’ll finish them eventually
2019's Terminator: Resistance received post-launch updates and DLC, but not on Xbox. This is about to change with a new release.

Finished it. Very pleasant surprise. It's a lower budget title, but a lot of love went to it. Considering their last game was the shitty Rambo game, that's a small miracle.
While the gameplay aspects are serviceable (the plasma upgrade system is neat), they nailed the atmosphere. The acting is bad, but the story is decent, and the small side stories are nice. And there are romance options, with endearingly bad first person sex scenes.
But the highlight is the music. The final battle especially is pure kino when the orchestra kicks in.
If you keep your expectations in check, it's a really good game for what it is. I do hope the devs get to make a sequel with a bigger budget, to iron out the rough spots and better realize the potential of the various fragmented gameplay ideas.
Terminator: Resistance is peppered with flaws, and hamstrung by budget, but it's the most loving piece of Terminator fan service in videogame history. It's basically a commercially sold Terminator fan game. Everything about it screams "Small team of Terminator fanboys made a game." And the sincerity of the fan service and devotion to the source material has resulted in a game that's more than the sum of its parts. My hope is that the game sells well enough to keep Teyon's lights on, that they listen to feedback and patch the game to iron out some of the general complaints, and they they start work on a new project. Maybe go back to Rambo. Make a First Blood game. Rambo out in the woods surviving against hostile cops. Dialogue options. An ending based on whether Rambo manages to avoid becoming a murderer.
