Of course, this is not a scientific test, and no one in their right mind would recommend trying this at home.

The Tesla Cybertruck is different from your average pickup truck. It's an angular, sharp-looking, quite polarizing-looking electric pickup that claims to handle any terrain, even water. But how well does it fare in aquatic conditions? One YouTuber found out by putting his Cybertruck through insane water tests.

The YouTuber Taras Maksimuk, better known as TechRax, is quite well known for destroying gadgets in a rather creative or horrifying way. He has smashed iPhones with hammers, melted Samsung Galaxy phones with lava, and shot at laptops with guns. So when he got his hands on a Cybertruck, it is no surprise he would do something crazy with it.

TechRax has been teasing his Cybertruck experiments for a while, but he only recently uploaded a video of his water tests. In the video, he drives his Cybertruck through various puddles of water, some of which are so deep that they cover most of the vehicle. He also activates the Cybertruck's Wade Mode, which is supposed to help the truck navigate through water.

The results are impressive. The Cybertruck has no problem driving through water, even when almost submerged. It resembles a submarine with wheels or a boat with a truck bed. TechRax even jokes that he's testing Elon Musk's "Boat Mode," which the Tesla CEO once hinted at on Twitter.

Of course, this is not a scientific test, and no one in their right mind would recommend trying this at home. Driving through water can damage your vehicle and be dangerous for you and others. But it shows that the Cybertruck is a tough and versatile machine that can handle extreme situations.

This is not the first time that Teslas have shown their water prowess. In the past, there have been videos of Teslas driving through flooded streets in China, where the cars are made at the Giga Shanghai factory. These videos have amazed and amused social media users, who have praised the Teslas for their performance and durability.

The Cybertruck is expected to start deliveries later this year and has already amassed over a million reservations. It will be interesting to see what other tests and adventures the Cybertruck owners will put their vehicles through. One day, we'll see a Cybertruck sailing across the ocean.

Tesla's Cybertruck has emerged as a polarizing figure, drawing both fervent admirers and skeptical critics. It has been hailed as a revolution in pickup design by some, while others see it as a testament to Elon Musk's penchant for style over substance.

Tesla has implemented a steer-by-wire system, which not only adds to the futuristic look of the truck but also enhances its maneuverability. This advanced technology has addressed concerns raised by critics of the initial yoke design in the Model S Plaid. Videos showcasing the Cybertruck's steer-by-wire system reveal impressive handling, a testament to Tesla's engineering prowess in seamlessly merging style with functionality.

It's worth noting that Tesla's adoption of a 48-volt electrical architecture in the Cybertruck is a major development for the automotive sector. This new system surpasses the conventional 12-volt systems by providing more efficient power delivery, enabling handling higher electrical loads with smaller cabling.
