Don't look now, but Carson Wentz might be starting to find his groove in Indianapolis.

Wentz's first three games with the Colts weren't great. He lost all three, had three passing touchdowns, a completion percentage of 60.4 percent and 692 passing yards. Since then, however, he's led the Colts to a record of 2-1. Wentz has a completion percentage of 69.0 percent, six touchdown passes and no interceptions.

That one loss came to a red-hot Ravens' team on the road, and it was a narrow 31-25 loss at that.

Now, Indianapolis will see if it can keep the momentum going against a 49ers' squad that will be returning its starting quarterback.

San Francisco will have Jimmy Garappolo back under center after he missed Week 5 with a calf injury. The 49ers had started the season 2-0 with him leading the charge, but dropped a pair of matchups to the Packers and Seahawks.

In Garappolo's place, rookie Trey Lance completed 15-of-29 passes with no touchdowns and an interception in a 17-10 loss to the Cardinals. He rushed 16 times for 89 yards.

Overall, Garappolo has completed 66.1 percent of his passes this season for 925 yards with five touchdowns and two interceptions.
